Meow the 20th – Cats and People

Grumpy Cat Survey

What is it about cats that draws people to them? Perhaps it is better to phrase that question slightly differently. Why do people fall into the cat’s paws so easily? Virtual paws automatically bring more views, clicks, and likes. Just like that. Perhaps a survey would give an insight into why people love cat posts, pictures, and stories.

Questions of such a survey could include:

  • How often do you watch cat videos, eg. on Youtube?
  • Which cat videos have you seen on Youtube?
  • Why do you click on cat videos?
  • Why do you click the “like” button on cat pictures?
  • Why do you not click the “like” button?
  • How many cat pages have you liked on facebook?
  • Which cat story you read in the paper do you remember?
  • Which “famous” internet cats do you know?

This is just a post for brainstorming. All suggestions are welcome.
